Where Does Your Training Begin?

Maverick here…In Alaska…snow on the ground…

Saw an interesting thing our trainer at Beachbody, Tony Horton said during the P90X One On One creation of the New P90X…MC2 (Muscle Confusion 2)…during the Ab Routine…here is an interesting 37 second short review:


To Quote Tony directly, he said…and he quote Boxing legend Muhammad Ali…

“Your Training Begins When You CAN DO NO MORE”

What is his point…you learn what you are made of…when you are spent…will you push for more…to get that one more rep in…its all up in your head much more than in your muscles!

So…when you can do no more…push for one more…that is where you are really improving!

Think about that for a second…not just for exercising…but in all areas of our lives!
